Vendor Policy

1. Who can register

Any Malaysia-registered sole proprietor, partnership or Sdn. Bhd. offering a genuine service in one of Kasi Siap's categories.

2. Documents and verification

You must provide your SSM registration number and a copy of your SSM document. Your company account is reviewed and approved or rejected before it, or any of your listings, can appear publicly.

3. Listing standards

Each service listing is reviewed separately. It must describe the service clearly, use an honest pricing label, and use photos of your own work. Approval of your company does not publish any listing.

4. Pricing labels

Use "Quotation Based" when the price depends on the job, "From RM" for a starting price, or a fixed price only when the price genuinely does not vary.

5. Responding to requests

Kasi Siap assigns suitable requests to up to five approved providers. You may submit one quotation per request: a total in Ringgit, the scope of work and how long the price is valid.

6. Use of customer data

You receive a customer's name, phone number, email and address only once that customer selects your quotation. You may use those details only to deliver the requested service, and not for any other marketing or purpose.

7. Suspension and removal

Kasi Siap may suspend or remove a company account or a listing that breaches this policy, misuses customer data, or receives a well-founded complaint.
