1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Kasi Siap website and quotation service.

2. Using Kasi Siap

Kasi Siap introduces customers to independent, Malaysia-registered service providers. We review each provider's company profile and each service listing before it is published, but we do not ourselves perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee any service.

3. Quotation requests

Submitting a request is free. Kasi Siap assigns your request to up to five approved providers, who may each send a quotation. You decide whether to select any of them.

4. Your relationship with service providers

Any agreement you reach — price, schedule, scope and guarantee — is between you and the provider you select. Kasi Siap is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the work performed.

5. Content you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the job description, attachments and contact details you provide.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kasi Siap is not liable for any loss arising from a service provider's work, conduct or non-performance.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
