1. Who we are

Kasi Siap operates a quotation-matching marketplace for Malaysian service providers and customers.

2. Personal data we collect

From customers: name, phone number, email, address, job description and any attachments you upload. From service providers: registered company name, SSM registration number and document, location, contact name, phone and email.

3. How we use it

We process your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent checkbox on the request form, to match your request to suitable approved providers, to notify you and providers by email about the status of a request or quotation, and to administer provider approval.

4. When we share your contact details

Kasi Siap introduces you to independent service providers rather than performing any service itself. Until you act, a provider assigned to your request sees only your job description, general area and any attachments — never your phone number, email or full address. Your name, phone number, email and full address are shared only with the single provider whose quotation you select.

5. How long we keep it

We keep request, quotation and account records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet our legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct or withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data by contacting us through the Contact page; withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process an active request.
